Collated Hooked-End Steel Fiber, also known as glued bundled steel fiber, is manufactured by stamping high-strength cold-drawn steel wires. Dozens of fibers are bonded in parallel with water-soluble adhesive. Once exposed to water, the adhesive dissolves automatically, allowing the fibers to disperse evenly without clumping. It addresses common drawbacks of conventional steel fibers such as easy agglomeration and uneven dispersion.
Collated Hooked-End Steel Fiber is widely applied in infrastructure projects including tunnels, highways, bridges, industrial flooring, water conservancy works and more. It delivers outstanding performance in tensile resistance, crack resistance, flexural strength and impact resistance.
